It just we asked the staffs twice to make sure they can help us store it that’s why we had this request in that morning. To be honest, we won’t force them to store our luggages if we knew the hotel policy doesn’t allow it. It kinda like we were doing something unreasonable or force them to do us this favor. Finally, they agreed to help us this time but their attitude and reaction were so rude. We wasted lots of time to negotiate with them. We tried to explain to them and tell them that another staffs said different answers to us. They don’t allow to help customer to store any luggages over nights. They told us that they couldn’t help us to store it. We were getting ready to leave the hotel in the morning to join our trip so we took all our luggages to the front desk. The front desk still told us that they can help us to store our luggages for 1 day without any charges. The next day I asked another staff again the same question because I want to make sure it works we can keep the luggage there. The staff was nice to reply us that they can help us to store the luggages for free. I asked the front desk could I keep our luggages for 1 day there then we went back and stayed more 2 nights after finished our trip. I went back to the hotel to stay more two nights after I finished the trip to Grand Canyon. I joined a day tour to Grand Canyon national park so I stayed the hotel for two days first then I had to leave 1 night to the park. They always have different answers when you asked them the same questions. I just remember one of the staff who is a guy that he’s very nice when I first came there to check in. I also had a very bad experience of their front desk staffs too. I had to call them to request for refund then I got the refund after a few weeks. It shouldn’t have any charges for cancellation. I canceled one hotel room before I arrived but they still charged my credit card without any refund. I wish I could give this place 0 stars for their service but the system doesn’t allow it. Close to airport and strip.Price is quite reasonable.
